Welcome to Golden Years Activities. By accessing our website and purchasing our digital resources, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our service.
2. Digital Products & Licensing
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the activity packs within a single organisation. This includes:
- Printing resources for use with residents or group members.
- Storing digital copies on a secure internal system.
- Using the content for planned activity sessions.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files with third parties or other organisations.
- Modify the branding or claim the work as your own.
- Upload the resources to public forums or file-sharing websites.
- The licence permits unlimited printing only within the purchasing organisation. A separate licence must be purchased for each additional organisation.
4. Refunds & Returns
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a download link has been sent or accessed, we cannot offer refunds unless the file is proven to be defective and a replacement cannot be provided.
5. Limitation of Liability
Golden Years Activities is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our resources. It is the responsibility of the activity coordinator to ensure resources are suitable for their specific group or individuals.
